Two weeks ago, I desided I would no longer take the pills I have been doing for a long time. I ate Fish Oil, Herbs and Glucosamine pills. And I belived they worked. But I desided I dident need them, and that my body was capable of designing the parts it needed, from a healty diet.
For the last two weeks I have felt better than I have for years. No backpains from the Scheuermann’s disease I have had since I was 12-13 years old. No leg or joints pain.
All because I changed the way I saw things, and my attitude towards my reality.
I build websites for a living, and since I changed my way of thinking, I have increased my website income over 50 percent. I sat down and backtracked what I had done different over the last week, and I can honestly say, I have done nothing different when it comes to my work.
The only difference is, I have been focusing on the posetive things in my life, and I have been visualising how I want my future to be. I have set up 3 lines of text on my wall, behind the computer monitor. I often look at those and focus my thought and feeling on those, to visualise my future, and how it would be when I reach those goals.

On top of that I have created a folder on my computer desktop, where I save images I find online. Right now there is a image of a Yamaha FZR1000 motorcycle, and a stack of $90.000,- in large bills to visualise money and the motorcycle I dream of. I have created a category called “my goals” here on the site, where I will post my goals, and update the page when I reach them.
This is where everything starts. This is who I were – everything from here on, is about who I will become.
